Our a/c quit working in 90° heat yesterday evening, so I called Good Guys Heating & Air Conditioning. I was directed to their app, which I’m typically wary of, but I downloaded it to find that is very user friendly, and I received a notification that my appointment was booked. I opted out of emergency service and requested early AM the following morning. Mike, the technician sent me a text stating he would be arriving in a half hour. He was very prompt and performed the service quickly, and explained what he was doing. We are more than satisfied with the service that we received, and the technician performing it. I highly recommend Good Guys Heating & Air Conditioning. We will be using no one else.

Who likes hot water? We certainly do! Craig C. replaced our hot water tank with no issues. Craig kept a clean workspace, removed the old tank and was careful not to leave rusty water behind! So often I see other companies drain the tank in the street and leave a mess behind. Good Guys could easily add Good "CLEAN" Guys in their name! Craig was right on time (actually a little early) and we appreciate that along with great communications! Craig was very personable and professional! As we posted earlier, we finally found "the company" we can trust with our HVAC and plumbing needs! Thank you Craig!

Thank you to Eric Bryant and Good Guys for the great service and attention to detail! I had a full replacement of my heat pump system and most of my duct work upgraded. They were very respectful of my home and time throughout the process! Eric did a great job and was able to answer any questions I had, and I am glad I went with this company.

Holy cow! Mike was amazing! Got to our house within hours of our call on a super hot day! Fixed our unit without trying to upsell us like a lot of other companies have tried to. Mike Hildebrand and The Good Guys are amazing! Spending unexpected money for a furnace replacement is always a gut punch, but Mike and TGG made it as smooth as possible. They are trustworthy and only charged me what absolutely needed to be done, when other companies weren't so forthcoming and honest. They didn't try to give sales pitches and kept it real. This is our go-to home services company. We have had Good Guys out 3 or 4 times for different plumbing and HVAC issues and have always been extremely pleased with the service. JD and the Good Guys team did a very professional job replacing our air conditioner. They were prompt and took the time to make sure we understood what was going on with our existing system, and then walked us thru the options for replacement. Their quote was very reasonable. They showed up on time on installation day, were very professional, and cleaned up before they completed the job. This is the third time we've used Good Guys and have been happy and impressed. They will continue to be our go-to option for heating and cooling projects.
