Called this company after looking at reviews and also considering that our daughter couldn't say enough good things about them when they replaced their furance last winter. They worked me in same day i called. Steve Grey was the service technician and was excellent . He quickly identified they problem and repaired. He took the time to explain the repair and the conditions of our unit. I felt the information was informative without any extra alarming and unnecessary sells pitch. "Called good guys for service on residential air conditioning and a couple hours later Steve arrived. Determined the problem and gave me a price. I agreed and he went to pickup parts and returned in a couple of hours and repaired the air conditioner. While getting ready to pay bill we were talking and i mentioned I was a veteran. Without a request from me and after we had already agreed on price he says oh you get a 10% discount. What a honest guy and a great company. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Steve."
