Mr. Ryan French was our first interaction with Good Guys. This tiny review box wouldn’t be enough to accurately depict his customer service. Our AC wasn’t working as if should. Ryan came out for an initial inspection to try and find the issue. The issue was found and repair was completed. Ryan was very clear that the issue could lead to more costly repairs but his initial repair would tell us a path moving forward. At no point in time did he ever try “selling” us anything. Well we ended up needing a whole new system. We felt comfortable and confident going back to him for our new system install.
