Answer: All pricing is listed when booking. We have some maintenance programs where we take care of the furnace only and at certain times of the year we can do the furnace and AC on the same visit. On average the cost is $99.95 for our standard furnace maintenance visit.
Answer: Most maintenance visits can be completed within an hour.
Answer: When we come to provide maintenance to your system, we want to make sure it is providing comfort for the home. We ask that you give us any insights of problems or concerns before we start. More allergy symptoms? High energy bills? Odd sounds or odors?
Then we proceed to take a look at the system and see what can be done to keep your home comfortable. After reviewing any concerns, we start the system and start our inspection.
The first thing we check is the mechanical operation to make sure the system is working properly. We’ll clean the system, including the gas burners, flame sensor and overall housing of the furnace.
Then we’ll do a full safety inspection on the system checking everything from electrical to heat exchanger to make sure your system is in proper condition to be operated for the year.

Answer: In theory, you can, but we don’t recommend it. Unlike a qualified HVAC technician, most homeowners aren’t trained to assess whether an issue is starting to develop with their unit.
A lapse in craftsmanship can cost damage to your furnace and void the warranties that come with it. It’s also risky to work on gas lines and electrical components without proper tools and training.
