Called Good Guys when the A/C went out at a rental property. They were out within a few hours and replaced the capacitor and filled the system with Freon, replaced the furnace filter and had everything up and going within about 20 minutes. Tenants and I were both pleased with the service and the price! Highly Recommend!!

Mr. Ryan French was our first interaction with Good Guys. This tiny review box wouldn’t be enough to accurately depict his customer service. Our AC wasn’t working as if should. Ryan came out for an initial inspection to try and find the issue. The issue was found and repair was completed. Ryan was very clear that the issue could lead to more costly repairs but his initial repair would tell us a path moving forward. At no point in time did he ever try “selling” us anything. Well we ended up needing a whole new system. We felt comfortable and confident going back to him for our new system install. The process was very easy, he laid out all our options and explained everything in detail to us. It’s so nice to have someone local that we can count on. For as long as we live in Greenfield, Ryan and Good Guys will get our business.
